We Are In This Together
View Our Preparedness Plan and Daily Updates
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have instituted a number of measures recommended by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to best protect the health and safety of our staff and our residents:
Restricted visitation: For the safety of our residents and staff, all visitations remain suspended currently, unless in end of life scenarios.
Wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE): All healthcare personnel and other facility staff shall wear a face mask while within six feet of residents and one another.
Limitation of non-emergency offsite appointments: Non-emergency offsite appointments shall be canceled to prevent unnecessary potential for exposure.
Health check/screening: All individuals are screened upon entrance to the center by answering designated questions and a physical temperature check. Any adverse response or temperature reading are addressed accordingly.
Families still have the opportunity to connect with their loved ones. Our number one priority is ensuring our residents are cared for in a safe and healthy environment. As a friendly reminder, although visitation is restricted at this time, please feel free to contact our Concierge for video chats with your loved ones. Please check back on our website for updates.
How you can help? Do everything you can to keep yourself and others safe and healthy. Follow social distancing guidelines, clean your hands often, and stay home if it all possible, especially if you are sick. We are in close contact with the health department and are following their guidance for continuing education and updates.
Thank you again for your ongoing support and understanding; it is our pleasure and mission to care for your loved ones.
